سىء جدا وقت طويل بالتجاوب مشاكل مناديب يطلبو تحويل واذا رفضت يعلق الطلب عنده ولا يلغيه ولا تقدر تلغيه او توصل للدعم بسبب ان الطلب عليه شكوى سابقه بنفس المشكله
