تجربتي مع التطبيق كانت سيئة جدًا. حجزت سيارة وخصموا المبلغ من البطاقة، وبعدها مكتب التأجير رفض الحجز، وجلست بدون سيارة وأنتظر المبلغ إلين يرجع للبطاقة عشان أقدر أحجز من مكان ثاني. وكل مرة أكلم خدمة العملاء يعطوني سبب مختلف للإلغاء: مرة يقولون بياناتي ناقصة، و…

اتا انصح اي واحد يروح لمكاتب التأجير بنفسه، التطبيق هذا ما يفيدك بريال والله العظيم لا يعرفون يوضحون لا سياسيات ولا شي، ولما سالتهم عن السياسه ذي ليه ما ذُكزت قال هذا شي بين المكتب والاداره !! يسلام !!
