  فكرة التطبيق في توفير كاش باك من خلال الشراء باكواد خصم يتم توفيرها من التطبيق جيدة ولكن هناك بعض مواقع الشراء لايغطيها التطبيق ، ايضا الكاش باك له تاريخ صلاحية ؟!! ومع ذلك لا يتم ارسال رساله بخصوص قرب انتهاء تاريخ الصلاحية، ولكن يضعون لك مؤقت في داخل صفحه داخ…

  للأسف تعامل سيء و عدم وضوح

  تعامل سيء من خدمة العملاء و الرد على الواتس تم خصم جزء من رصيد الكاش باك فورا قال إنت ألغيت طلبيات. قلت له لا غير صحيح بعدين قال اجل انتهت صلاحية رصيدك. المهم يعطون مبررات و يسحبون عليك و قال سحبنا الرصيد لان مر عليه سنة و بدون اي اشعار مسبق عن قرب فترة انتها…
