  Glitches!

  I would like to give this a 3-start for acceptable customer service, but since I bought the Hume Band 2.0 early August, followed by the Hume Pod, my data is still not integrated into health score. I don’t see the point of having it for 2 months (pro membership…

  The device is already expensive, and then you find out you have to subscribe just to access some of the reports. Feels like a money grab. Not worth it.

  Customer Service

  I have submitted 2 requests for support to customer service because the device frequently has failed sync with a family member. It works with me, but is much less reliable for my wife. No answer or acknowledgement from Hume.

  It’s looking good too early yet

  I have been a week with the system , looks promising but still getting there with the data collection, it would be great to see the insights after a month when enough data have been collected

  Loving everything, just hope you’d add the feature to delete a weigh-in (as my 1st one was wrong), so that it would be perfect.
