  Charged after canceling subscription

  I was charged for subscription renewal although I cancelled my subscription more than 6 months ago. I wouldn’t trust them with my credit card information

  Volume control error

  Sometimes I can’t control the volume in the app. Pressing the volume buttons does not affect the volume in the app. This is very annoying. I don’t know how to fix it. Once it happens, it will remain like that even if I connect to earphones or speaker.
