للاسف اخر مرة اتصلت ابي عذر طبي رفض قال لازم تجين للعيادة وانا مااقدر اروح ( قال ممنوع انه نطلع عذر عن طريق الاتصال طلبت ارجاع المبلغ لانه ماخذموني ومااقدر اروح للمستشفى ورفضو رفعت شكوى وطبعا الفلوس وصلت وانا اخر همهم لا صرفو علاج ولا رجعو المبلغ ولا اعطوني عذ…

Bad application
I used this application for making medical appointments and paid for the appointment then talked to the doctor on phone and she said she would prescribe medication but did not deliver on her promises and I lost my money

Works ok most of the time
This app is very useful for searching for and booking appointments. The login sometimes glitches though so I have to reinstall the app and booking a Live appointment doesn’t seem to work.

Should be downloaded for every single use
I installed the app and it worked fine, but whenever I tried to use it again, the app didn’t work, I can enter the app but I can’t login into my profile, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked, and I have to repeat this process every time
