What the latest version changed

THE ANIMATION STARTS IN 2 SECONDS Tap Play and the rain moves. On mobile data it used to take 4 to 5 seconds, and much longer on 3G. Many small optimisations later, the animation now starts within 2 seconds on 4G, and the frame under the time slider appears first, so you see the moment you asked for. · Between frames, each part of the rain now moves with its own measured speed and direction, not with one speed for the whole map MAP AND WIDGETS · Weather alerts no longer hide the rain: the alert outline is above the weather layers, and the fill is below them · A new "Forecast Cone" switch hides the cone around a storm track (Essential and Pro) · The radar map in widgets is sharp, and widget text follows your iOS text size · The Apple Watch radar complication no longer shows "Unavailable" FIXES · The weather alert count on the tap-on-map card now opens the alerts · Satellite widgets no longer show every place name twice Have a question or suggestion?
